Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for PlaylistSupply, operated by Innovation Syndicate LLC ("we", "us"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

All Sales Are Final

PlaylistSupply is a subscription software service delivering immediate access to playlist and curator data. Because access and data are provided instantly upon payment, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes initial subscription charges, recurring renewal charges, and any one-time or add-on purchases. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time in a billing period.

We Make It Right

While we do not issue cash refunds, we care about your experience and will resolve genuine problems. If you run into a billing error, a technical issue, or a problem accessing what you paid for, email us at contact@playlistsupply.com and we will make it right — typically through account credit, restored submission credits, extended access, or hands-on support. Reach out and we will work with you.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard at playlistsupply.com/amember. Cancellation stops all future billing. You keep full access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after you cancel. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.

Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at contact@playlistsupply.com — we respond quickly and resolve the vast majority of issues the same or next business day. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider before contacting us will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any unused credits. Because support and resolution are always available on request, we defend disputes on that basis.
