About the channel
Hello and welcome to my channel! I'm Narada (nah-RAH-dah), but you can also call me AfrikanHairGod. I am a licensed Natural Hair stylist that caters to a minimalistic & simplistic approach to haircare for the everyday man and woman. I am one of the co-owners to my Natural Haircare salon, The Griyn Thumb Salon (pronounced "green") located in Decatur, GA near the heart of Metropolitan Atlanta. This channel is composition of my personal life & journey, my work/love of natural hair & beauty, as well as some of my many hobbies, such as roller figure skating, music, & more. I have gone thru many stages of my life from when I first began learning my natural hair, mastering my hair care methods & techniques, embarking on a loc journey, and now, shaving my head bald to further invest more of my time and resources to caring and teaching others about the beauty of their own natural hair.
